Tazarizora's Incubator
A magic item from the Elderdays, Tazarizora's Incubator recognises a random creature type and allows the multiverse to punish that creature type.
A Tazarizora's Incubator cannot be attuned or controlled by any creature.
If any combat occurs within 20" of a Tazarizora's Incubator the following occurs on the initiative count of 20 of each subsequent round, all creatures within 80" of the chosen creature type takes four phantom energy damage if a creature was subject to any hostile action (e.g. melee attack, spell etc):
