Phyrexian Lictor's Scythe
A magic item from the Elderdays, Phyrexian Lictor's Scythe longs for the obliteration of everything not Phyrexian. It only exists to serve the Horned God.
Phyrexian Lictor's Scythe can only be aligned by a Phyrexian with CR ten or greater.
If the Scythe is not aligned and a creature with CR 1/4 or higher is within 240", on initiative count of 20:
- It activates on 5-6 on d6
- If activated, the creature with the least amount of hit points (and is also at least CR 1/4 or higher) within 240" takes five hit points in force damage (this may not be prevented, redirected and ignores temporary hit points
- As a bonus action on its initiative count the Phyrexian controller of the Scythe may elect to take 5hp in force damage to activate the Scythe.
- The creature with the least amount of hit points (and is also at least CR 1/4 or higher) within 240" takes ten hit points in force damage (this may not be prevented, redirected and ignores temporary hit points).
