Iredeza Siva's Obelisk
A magical item from the Elderdays, Iredeza Siva's Obelisks were the creation of a Nagai God-Empress who loathed all things non-Nagai.
It cannot be controlled or attuned.
Whenever a non-Nagai creature with intelligence of three or greater comes within 45" of Iredeza Siva's Obelisk on the following initiative count of 20 on a roll of 5-6 on a d6, the creature with the highest intelligence within 180" must make two DC 18 intelligence savings throws. The following occurs:
- If both savings throws are unsuccesful, all creatures within 180" take 2d12 necrotic damage and 2d12 magical bludgeoning damage and have their movement reduced by 1" for every 1" of normal movement as their bones are pulverised.
- If one of two savings throws are unsuccesful, all creatures within 180" take d12 necrotic damage and d12 magical bludgeoning damage; or if chosen by the creature failing one savings throw use point one as above
- On two successes, nothing happens; or if chosen by the creature failing both savings throw use point one as above
- After it is activated and while any creature with intelligence three or greater is within 45" of Iredeza Siva's Obelisk it reactivates on the initiative count of 20 on a roll of 5-6 on a d6
- 1" for every 1" of normal movement is returned after a long rest or lesser restoration (or equivalent) is cast
"When Den Siva's anger hit broken bones they rejoiced that their agony was soon to cease, as the end was near"
