5SP to create aura of fear or awe; all creatures within 60" ( as selected by Illumi Unoll) must make DC wisod savings throw or be charmed or frightened (depending on what is chosen)
Tides of Chaos. 2x between long rests Illumi Unoll can gain advantage on savings throw, ability check or attack roll.
Controlled Chaos. Can roll twice when required to roll on the wild magic table.
Spell Bombardment. If damage dice roll the maximum, it can be re-rolled and add to the damage total
Actions
Multiattack: Illumi Unoll can make one bite attack and two claw attacks, and it can use Frightful Presence or Incite Fanaticism.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +13, reach 5", damage 3d10 piercing damage + 7d10 acid damage
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +13, reach 5", damage 2d6 phantom energy damage + 2d10 acid damage
Frightful Presence. Each creature of Illumi Unoll's choice within 120" of Illumi Unoll, must succeed DC19 wisdom save or be frightened for one minute. A creature can repeat its savings throw at the end of each of its rounds. If succesful it gains advantage on any future savings throw vs Illumi Unoll Frightful Presence.
Incite Fanatacism. Illumi Unoll can select four creatures within 60" that it can see, thosefour creatures attack with advanatge and are immune to the frightened condition until the start of Illumi Unoll's next turn
Power of the Shivan Dragon. Illumi Unoll targets one draon it can see within 240", which must make a wisodm save DC 19 with disadvantage. If it fails the savings throw, the dragon is charmed by Illumi Unoll for one hour.
Bonus Actions
Shadow Stealth: While in dim light or darkness, Illumi Unoll can take the hide action
Creeping Darkness (recharge 5-6): Illumi Unoll casts darkness spell at a point they can see within 120" requiring no spell component. Illumi Unoll can move the darkness spell by up to 60" each turn as another bonus action.
Reactions
Counterspell; As a reaction Illumi Unoll can cast counterspell without using any spell slots to a maximum number of timers per long rest equal to its proficiency bonus
Bend Luck. If another creature makes an attack roll use 2SP to add or subtract d4 to the roll.
