Ila Strangler's Hate
A magical item from the Elderdays, Ila Strangler's Hate is a creation of a Nagai Necromancer whose singular purpose was for all intelligent things to to suffer horribly.
Ila Strangler's Hate cannot be attuned or controlled by any creature.
If any creature within 120" of Ila Strangler's Hate attacks another creature or object within 120" of Ila Strangler's Hate:
- all damage dealt is maximised
- all attack rolls are +4 with advantage
- all savings throws are -4 with disadvantage
- the creature that dealt the damage takes one quarter (rounded up) of the damage dealt (cannot be redirected or prevented).
