Demography and Population
Distributed communities of around 100 adults all over the western wilds know as Faens. Roughly equal men and women with a small percentage of non-binary identifying. Overall population ~100,000. Birth and death rates are both low as Elves are extremely long lived and they live simply and harmoniously with their environment. Population has been stable for centuries.
Territories
The Elven Remnant occupies much of the Western Wilds. These are their ancestral lands and they have occupied them for millennia.
Military
The Elven Remnant have no standing military forces as a people. Each Faen may have some defenders/enforcers but the details of how an individual Faen may choose to organize such a force is variable and up to the Speaker of that Faen.
Technological Level
Strong connections to natural magics drive most of Elven technology.
Religion
No specific religions are practiced by The Elven Remnant. They are a very spiritual people connected with a form of druidic nature worship without a specific dogma or doctrine. Some elves also practice worship of heroes from their ancient cultural stories.
Foreign Relations
Small skirmishes with The Negresti Empire as the Elves are displaced from their lands by Negresti Expansion. No open conflict has broken out as the elves are not warlike but tensions are growing. Faens closest to Negresti settlements are starting to discuss formal alliances.
