Neox Laser Rifle
A special rifle that uses a Neox Crystal to create a long ranged blast. Despite having a low damage output, it is still dangerous to find yourself facing off against someone using one.

If the blast hits an object like a wall, the blast stops traveling forward, cutting its range short. If a creature takes the max possible damage from the blast, they are burned and take lingering fire damage (1d4) for 1 minute.
