I know you tried to warn the regions under the Tyren Treaty about the dangers of Neox long ago. And the world was too optimistic to listen, thinking it was just your old ways refusing to change with the times. However, we have witnessed firsthand the horror this unchecked region is unleashing. Last year, there was word of a monster that appeared within our borders, and when royal guard went to investigate, they were turned away by Neox workers. Then there is Undric , where the dead had begun to rise, and Neox equipment was found in the region. As you know, one of their own even tried to destroy our neighbor's sacred tree. Most recently, they had a naval barricade set up near our coliseum. They used an excuse of wanting to find a terrorist of Asernian descent. Which we allowed. However, when I made one of my routine trips to watch over the fights, they unleashed a weapon that infected everyone. Thankfully, I had been called away to attend to urgent matters. But surely if I had not gone, Neox would have killed me, and they would have places their soldiers throughout Asernia , just as they have done in Frost Peak. I have seen past the veil that this treaty has put over us, and recognize now that Neox must be stopped at all costs. With your permission, I am willing to send some of our strongest to begin an attack on our enemy, and any region who dares align themselves with those psychopaths.
