Echo Bomb
A special divice that creates a 30ft harmless pulse, allowing one to see through walls or other objects. Creatues caught in the pulse do not benefit from any cover besides full cover, and do not benefit from being invisible. This effect lasts until the start of the user's next turn. The pulse makes a low noise that any creature with a perception check of 26 can hear the Echo bomb going off.
