The Spire
When the Order of Masters rewrote the timeline to enslave Geo City, the airport normally located at the heart of the city was replaced with a singular building that may not necessarily rival the skyscrapers of Geo City in terms of height, but definitely surpasses them in terms of floor size. This citadel serves as the base of operations for the Order of Masters.
The top floor is home to the Order’s throne room and the Emerald Emperor’s personal healing chamber, where he spends most of his time, requiring his wife to relay most of his orders for him. At the base of the Spire is an enormous factory, where civilians are brought in to be converted into his cyborg Peace Enforcers.
