Silver Ring Cap
"I've seen these before. Small and blue, like a marble before they mature and a pale silvery-blue after they mature. The old herbalist said they could help mages regain their powers... then again, he did die from consuming poisonous mushrooms... maybe he didn't know what he was talking about..."
Found soley in the lush sub-tropical forests of The Grand (East & West), or in The Weld, this mushroom has long been rumored to hold mystical properties.
If eaten raw, they are sweet in flavor, resembling rasberry preserve, but are incredibly poisonous. This poison can cause seizures and anaphylaxis within minutes of consumption, and is nearly always fatal.

Uses, Products & Exploitation

- Cook 12 to 15 caps from soft, young mushroom over low heat for 30 minutes, until they begin to leak a blue 'Ink'
- Collect this 'Ink' in a vial, it should result in around 2 oz of fluid

- Boil water & grey paste mixture for 1 hour, this is to reduce it's poisonous effect
- Discard paste in safe location, keep away from pets and children
- Chop one fist sized Blue Scar Succulent (de-spined), Press, collect the sap and juices that result
- Mix Blue Scar sap with 2 oz of 'Ink', this should result in around 4 oz of fluid
- Discard chopped & crushed succulent flesh, or eat roasted with salt (seperate recipe)
- Mix 4 oz of fluid with 4 oz of clear spirits, such as Dwarven Potatoe 'Vodd'
- Add 1 (ONE) drop of Frost Viper venom, shake well
- Let sit for at least 6 hours in a cool, dark place
- The resulting potion can restore a 'Spell slot' of the 3rd order or below
