Mike Mulligan
Mike Mulligan worked for the Herrick Agency from the 1930s to the 50s. He later became one of the earliest field agents for M-Force, taking over as Director after the retirement of Dr. Henry Fields.
Mike Mulligan appears in the Herrick Agency adventure Mars & Venus at War and is later a founding member of M-Force.
