Lost Bellaluna is a settlement in the Astral Plane. Lost Bellaluna is a small town inhabited by people who have become lost and trapped in the Astral Plane. This town is part of the territory controlled by the Valonen Githyanki and is the location of their main Chrononullite refinery. Sheriff Valonen kept the peace in Lost Bellaluna and ensured the Chrononullite is delivered on time, until he was killed that is.
