Doom Croaker
Doom Croaker sings the doom of gods and mortals. In addition, he knows the runes, and can keeps a runestave humming with the power of runic magic. Doom Croaker has mastered many runes, and has access to prophetic knowledge, such as the names of those Dark Wing is destined to kill.
Doom Croaker has been captured multiple times but but his prophetic foresight has always allowed him too escape. It is said that he is the real brains behind the Dark Wing Operation.
