Campaign 0.5- The Rising Storm
Session 1- Coinpurse Keep- Epilogue
Craig is dead, and the Keep has been reclaimed. Through the eloquent tongue of Sincade, Clarence and the remaining bandits yielded. As the sun rose above the Coinpurse Keep, a choice was placed in front of the Heroes; what fate shall befall the remaining bandits. Through deliberation as decision was made.
Gareth Pene'Pichar would remain as the patron of Coinpurse Keep and the remaining bandits, led by Clarence, would stay. Bandits no more, they are the soldiers of Coinpurse Keep and Freedom Fighters of the Humanity Movement. While the Keep is in ruins, it has potential to be a stronghold against the Elven Crusaders. Gareth and Clarence bring Sincade, Samara, and Quinn into the impromptu war room. It is here where the future plans were made.
Gareth would manage the Coinpurse Keep and try and bring it to working order. In his downtime, Gareth would bring in work to remove the rubble that blocks access the Coinpurse Vault, one of many Arcane Locks that are reported across Thaos.
Clarence would keep the new and future Freedom Fighters in line, training them to fight against the Elven threat. They are not much but they can slow any invaders.
Sincade, after some time, began a journey over into the Riverlands in search of a woman with a “honeyed-tongue”. Perhaps she can rally a navy to defend Draika Bay or even take the fight to the Golden Coast. The Gilded Crusade will not stop at Heroeca, they desire to shed the Light of Meridia to all of Thaos.
Samara, with her new found cause, trained. Blood given. Blood taken. If the Elves were to invade, they would come from the southern sea, or through the Highlands... through Samara's home. All who stand in the line of danger must be warned. They must prepare.
Quinn the Blessed Paladin of Beacon traveled the region around Breck. The Freedom for Humanity Movement needs a leader. Quinn took on this mantel and worked to connect the region together. The Freedom Fighters grew in result. The Coinpurse Keep stood as the capital of the Humanity Movement and Breck as the training ground for the Freedom Fighters. If Breck is attacked, Quinn shall stand stalwart with his soldiers beside him.
