Zyxariel oversees the Division of Expedited Claims, where she is infamous for cutting corners and bending the rules to secure high-value souls faster than her rivals. Her forged contract is a calculated gamble to bolster her status, and she will go to great lengths to cover her tracks, including bribery, intimidation, and subtle manipulations of the ICA’s bureaucratic machinery.
