Toxis (though ruling over many 'negative' things) is incredibly important to the stability of Hemel. He is the only diety that is not ruled by any emotions and is always sure to keep the others in line and civil. Because of this lawful nature, Toxis is contacted by many politicians and lawmakers who need help to keep their campaigns fair and useful. Toxis rules over the summer, allowing for bountiful harvests and warm retreats. Toxis is often consulted by hunters to ask for help or blessings. Toxis also governs torture, as well as any other forms of punishment. They are known to be cruel to those who disrespect the rules of Hemel.
