  Valdei is a small fishing village in the far northern shore reaches of Helthoria.  
 

History

 

Population

The population of the small community primarily consists of humans, and has for generations since its founding; by humans. Recently, it has housed travellers of a variety of people from across Helthoria's northern reaches, though its percentage of human population remains consistent.
 

Government

Valdei has been a settlement free of political ties since its inception, remaining an indepentant village from the leadership imposed on them from the Belaas empire. With the village housing just under a hundred people, the highest form of government present is the alderman, one typically elected by the people of Valdei upon the passing of its previous alderman. The village's only semblance of law enforcement lies with a small group of volunteer guard-soldiers from amongst the townspeople.
