Edarr and Evsyn

"There in the beginning stood the one in gold; The herald of time, like a morning dawn; Thus the begotten past was concieved...
There in the ending will stand the one in silver; The harbinger of time, like an evening rise; This shall befall the end of everything.
— The Psalters of Edarr and Evsyn
  Edarr and Evsyn are the androgynous twin gods of beginnings and ends respectively in the northern gods pantheon. They are seen as the overseers of fate in many cultures, including those in the south.

History

Conception

It is well believed in the Northern parts of the world that the universe is a sort of string that connects two points in time - the beginning, and the end - while time itself exists as something of a predestined picture, or like a finished painting of sorts. At the beginning is said to be Evsyn, and at the end, Edarr.

Worship

  The following is a common prayer recited in temples of the Beginning and End, the Psalter of Edarr and Evsyn;
  There in the beginning stood the one in gold   The herald of time, like a morning dawn   Thus the begonnen past was concieved
    There at the ending will stand the silver-clad one   The harbinger of time like an evening rise   Thus thall befall the end of everything
