The Minarchy of Atna was officially formed on the 6th of Suain 350 NE. It was formed by Natna Sanem on her 16th birthday. Originally the Minarchy was formed before any significant harm could come to Atna for it's lack of any sort of defences. With tensions in Atna on the rise the martial Natna Sanem was determined to follow in her warrior father's footsteps.
