Reflection

(Reflection For Class)

Expanding Altivara helped me see how central a single region can be to the entire structure of my world. By focusing on its landscape, culture, and the emergence of Superbia, I can better understood how Hell’s society and hierarchy function, and how sins shape both environment and identity. I was particularly surprised by how the arrival process naturally reinforced Altivara’s culture of pride and observation. Detailing the subtle ways Superbia mentor newcomers and assess latent pride showed me that even routine, functional spaces can carry deep narrative weight. Building these connections in World Anvil made the relationships between species, social rituals, and regional features feel more intentional. Overall, developing this region gave me a clearer vision of how Sinners transition into Hellborn society, making the world feel psychologically grounded, cohesive, and alive.
