Kurtis Perry

Kurtis is a recently arrived Sinner sent to the Pride region and assigned to Altivara Ward for orientation and acclimation. Standing around 5’9” with a slightly athletic build, he wears the Ward’s standard orientation attire: modest, functional clothing with small Pride-flavored accents marking his newcomer status. His hair and grooming reflect his Earthly habits—slightly unkempt, nervous, and self-conscious—highlighting the contrast between his former life and Hell’s expectations. He carries a small personal item from Earth, a charm gifted by his daughter, as a comforting reminder of home.
Within the Ward, Kurtis’s role is primarily observational and participatory: he joins communal meals, workshops, and minor cultural rituals designed to teach Pride norms. Initially, he struggles to interpret social cues and feels the pressure of constant observation by Hellborn mentors and long-term residents. Kurtis looks to her for understanding, cues, and support, while Sylvie observes his learning style, hesitations, and potential.
