Inchel is one of the richest beings in Eastwythe. He is of an entrepreneurial soul, and he moves from place to place depending on the profits to be had. He is young for a fey, having been born not 20 years after Eastwythe was tamed by the Emperor, thus he grew up with more mannish sensibilities. Inchel was notoriously exiled for oathbreaking, and he is a notable figure in smuggling and trade between the bordermarches of Eastwythe. He is greedy beyond measure.
