Kharst

A green-skinned, tough humanoid species. Often proud to a fault. The first king of kings, when their civilization was still young, taught the Kharst that it is the duty of the strong to rule over and guide the weak. It was under this justification that many atrocities were committed in the name of a greater good. United under one banner, anyone who can weather the storm of a war with the Kharst is considered worthy of their respect. Anyone who gets conquered deserved it in their eyes.   Their homeworld, Khar Prime, shared a star system with the homeworld of the Elharians. The two speicies would eventually wage war on eachother. Neither species was able to defeat the other and eventually the Kharst leader approached the Elharians about an idea he had. The two could combine their strength and hold dominion over the stars. The Kharst Empire was born.
