Orc
In this world there are two things you can't trust. A hungry Orc and a Orc who isn't currently eating.- Boros Captain, battle of Grex Craig
Summary
Tall, imposing, and ferocious. Orcs are considered by many to be the polar opposites of the Elves. They are creatures of tremendous strength and constitution, and there temperament is such that they are only just considered a race of Havenmere and not a category of monster.
Still Orcs are not with out uses. Their incredible strength fearlessness makes them sought after mercenaries and soldiers. They are often employed to embark on tasks where they will be with exclusively Orcs and under Orc leadership as they struggle to obey those not of the Horde.
Societies
Orcs, due to their incredible resilience, can thrive in almost any land, adapting to the culture around them. That being said most Orcs, but not all, reject the notion of none Orc leadership. Instead many pay allegiance to the Horde.
The Horde is the given name for the hundreds of collective Orc tribes. While the Horde does not often mandate laws down to the Orcs it does hold a sort of executive power. If it feels that an interest of the Orcs is at stake it can declare a contest to occur. In this contest each orc tribe sends one champion and after trial by combat, that champion gains control over the entirety of the Horde till they elect to release it. This, as might be expected, often creates mass bloodshed.
Religion
Orcs are not a particularly religious lot but those whobare tend to lean towards the word of Sobek. As his teachings of strength and power appeals to many Orcs
