Morning

cold, dry, mild weather

• Ru silvers her maul
• Skamos and Feyre collect their blue sapphires from Olorin
• Aeldevan and Magra gather supplies and ready Haven's Blade's herd for first light tomorrow

Next Morning

first day of spring; in the 60s; clear w no wind

• HB bids farewell to Ilyana, Janice, and Aelderheart
• Nick comes bounding around the corner w a dead rat in his mouth (+5 XP) for Magra , but she politely declines
• on their way up the north trail out of the city to Saltstone Harbor, Ru and Magra stop to look at the cows in the neighboring field w/out anyone else noticing
• they feed, pet, and lay in the grass w them
• Dilliah alerts the rest of the group
• a bull has taken notice of the two, but Aeldevan is able to calm it
• as they start to leave, farmer Jeremiah walks over
• he refuses to let them take the cow or pay for it, but they can visit whenever they'd like
• Ru has bonded with Milkshake the cow

Midday

• find a camp of workers near a mine
• find out from Haldrik Flintvein that there was a cave-in
• Ru uses her gaseous form potion to investigate rubble
• Magra sucks a little bit on the form
• Ru relays that there's a group of dwarves and a monster
• HB goes around into a different tunnel to try to break through
• causes a hive of variant Ankhegs to break through and attack
• we defeat them
