The Council of Wise Elders
The Council was established by the Bright Lady before her derparture from the Bright Lands in order to represent her divine will in her absence. The Council is composed of a group of 20 Wise old men, after many years of service to her cult, and are expected to legislate and resolve disputes between the people of her realm, and to offer guidance in maters both spiritual and of virtue.
In more recent times, the Council has taken up a mediatin role above that of the Seven Kings.
