Deck of Fate: Artimir (Ar-ti-meer)
The Deck of Fate; people assume its name of Artimir comes from who created it, but it's unclear if anyone in this world could have created such an item. Much like other magical decks, Artimir is designed to grant certain effects should a card be drawn from it after a shuffle. Unlike other decks, it does not disappear, and is meant to be reusable, and cards do not fade from existence after a use. It can be looked at, and is clearly an ordinary tarot deck when doing such. It has some rules to how it should be drawn from, but it's mostly concerned with the validity of a draw. Cards must be drawn from the top and placed face down, after which they can be flipped over and an aura generally giving an idea of their effect can be seen. The cards never truly reveal what they can do, so it can only come from experience. There are multiple types of draws that can impact the results, such as allowing cards to be reversed or drawing more than one for more options but less effects. The only consistency is the inevitability the deck will be used, as it grants great possibilities to whoever has it.
