Aquatis

Deep within the center of Xannioba, an underwater kingdom thrives from its environment. Aquatis is split into districts defined by who can traverse them. For land dwellers to come to Aquatis, there are plenty of areas that have created a magic bubble to provide air. There are also bridges with the same effect to grant access to these areas, but they can be closed off at any time, making Aquatis difficult to siege with traditional armies. The other sections are usually dedicated to the wildlife and living amongst it. The people native to Aquatis have made many efforts to provide a beneficial landscape for aquatic wildlife, seeing their existence as important. 
At the forefront of this concern for wildlife is Queen Cordelia, a triton who cares little for land dwellers and their squabbles. Having many pleasant experiences with even more dangerous sea life, which has led her to try and apply her philosophy onto animals of all walks of life. This has spawned a debate with Aquatis and Digix over what purpose hunting has, but all it has done is give more animosity than actually provide thought provoking discussion. 
Being underwater, Aquatis has provided Xannioba with plenty of unique items that are only accessible from being undersea. Aquatis also emphasizes that point with explorers who travel to the ocean to find whatever interesting things they can. Despite the appreciation for nature, coral is a popular item for trade, with other exports coming from shipwrecks.
