Electra Pleiades

Electra is a well mannered kirin fresh out of officer school. Young and with stars in her eyes, she is on the fast track up the ranks of Armada. As with all kirin, one of her parents was a dragon, in this case it was her father. He and Electra's mother lived on Hejmen when Electra was born. As she was later told, her very birth was likely what sealed the fate of her father, since couplings between the Fey and Dragons is viewed by both sides as quite reprehensible.   While she doesn't remember much about what exactly happened since she was so young, she was later told what happened to her parents. A group of adult dragons arrived at their home, destroying everything and killing her father. She would have certainly perished as well if not for the intervention of a witch. It's unclear how she was able to rescue Electra, but the two of them made it to Babel tower, and Electra was placed in the care of a foster family. The bodies of her parents were never recovered, but the official coverage of the incident claimed the act was carried out by another dragon as a message to any other dragons who would bed a pony.   Every tragedy has a silver lining, and the fact that Electra was so young meant that she didn't remember much about her biological parents. She integrated well with her new family, and even though the sharpest edges of the incident were weathered by the sands of time, some things can linger. While the official statement about what happened to her parents was believable enough, there was always this nagging thought at the back of her head that she could never shake. She vowed that she would eventually find out what happened to her parents, and applied to Armada.
