Flagiteledhel

Dark Elves are Evil surface elves who revel in pain and suffering of others, but they are not the original Elves to fall to the Dark. It happened at the beginning of the 1st Great war and the hearts of the Hajela tribe were corrupted by Agarith, the 1st Decay god.   The Hajela began using disease magic against the Darkness but it began affecting their forest, what became the Ghawari swamps, and the rest of the Eledhel began seeing the changes. By the end of the War they were Arharith's and had become the Flagiteledhel.   Even the Morieledhel fear and despise them and they fear almost nothing. Their skin and hair is white almost translucent from their generations in the Underlands, without light and the radiation from the planets cord. Even those with the ability to see in the dark can't see them.   Only in the light can they be revealed. While they resemble their cousins, when you can see it their skin is pock marked their hair straggly and oily, their teeth more fangs for ripping meat from their victims bones.   They are clannish and territorial, as close to the behaviour of the Hrávaeledhel, their Barbarian Wild Elf cousin, but while Wild Elves protect their land, the Flagiteledhel strip all the resources then move on. They are the bane of all good and hateful in the extreme.   Dark Elves they kill on sight but any of their other cousins, especially the Under Elves, the Light Elves of the Underlands, they capture and torture sometimes over entire decades until their prisoners are quite thoroughly mad
