Languages

Many languages are spoken across Halor and there is no one "common" language. For commerce and trade to flourish, Tongueticklers were invented to allow communication between any peoples of differing languages. Still, access to magic can be an inconvenience and many educated individuals learn more than one language to enhance their social insight and flexibility.
