Sending
Sending is a powerful communication spell tied to Bardic, Arcane, and Clerical traditions. It is available to Kipilu of Tezitkal and Arzet Devadov.
Sending allows the caster to send a message of 25 words or less to a creature they are familiar with. This is a telepathic message which allows for the recipient to send a response under 25 words. Sending can send a message at any distance, though it has a 5% chance of failure if used across planar boundaries.
Sending automatically translates the message being sent.
