Prafella of Dumella
Prafella of Dumella is the high priestess of the town of Dumella, one of the last priests of the old religion of Prakahl. She is a part of the Dumella town council who met with Makar Mesaba years ago when they worked together to dethrone a petty local tyrant.
Prafella is an older woman with a knack for tricks and jokes. She is stubborn, judgmental, and headstrong, but she avoids direct leadership positions, which she finds burdensome and annoying. She enjoys watching the haughty get humbled and is not hesitant to employ violence to this end.
Prafella has become a cleric of Kipilu of Tezitkal.
