Cat Pool
The Cat Heavens are very involved in the fate of cat-kind and have many magical locations where their power can manifest materially.
While Jellicle Cats may form sacred and magical bonds to any monument or location impressive enough to serve in their ceremonies, Traditionalist Cats must anchor their connection to the Cat Heavens by consecrating a pool of water.
Cat pools guide dreaming cats to connect with the Cat Heavens. Cats who willingly give their fate to the Heavens can be molded further by the pools, given blessings and prophecies and fates. Not all such fates are happy, of course, but they often work to preserve the Traditions of Catkind.
