Arcane Conjuration

Arcane Conjuration is an arcane art associated with Wizardry, particularly those wizards who specialize in conjuration magic.    Arcane Conjuration can quickly summon an obviously magical ethereal-seeming glowing object no more than 3 feet across on any side or over 10 pounds in weight. The conjured item can be quickly reshaped into new forms or dissipated to conjure a new item, and will not last more than an hour before fading away. Intense pressure, heat, or direct attacks on the object will also cause it to dissolve back into base magic.    Items created with this art must function as a mundane item, without any special abilities. A conjurer with knowledge of complex creations can shape very intricate and useful creations, like clocks or spyglasses.    This ability was used by Arzet Devadov against the Plague Dragon to trigger an explosive device in its collar, to great effect.
