Military action

The fiercely independent Islands and their allies, the Monomak, fought for four years against the Aelgari invaders.

This war was during a period of disconnect, low food stores and general apathy. None of the smaller islands saw the importance of protecting the K'hili Nation, seeing as they rarely interacted with other islands and had no need for an overarching governing force. While the large islands fought fiercely, and the Monomak Nation assisted, it was half-hearted and doomed to fail without the support of the thousands on more isolated smaller islands.
