Drachromatic leaders forge an alliance with Minotaur privateers to bolster their naval strength, as well as aid in the sourcing and trading of slaves.

Lacking a worthy naval force of their own, the Sitzung of Erobernheim saw fit to call an alliance with an coalition of rebellious Minotaur clans that served as something of a Pirate Empire, known as the Stampede of the Deep. The Dragonborn Envoys pledged protection from land-based threats, as well as a foothold in the islands of Valoreign, and in return requested aid in transporting troops across Gyrraholm's oceans, while encouraging their more monstrous desires. This included razing villages and taking captives, which in turn would be sold to the Drachromatic Bereich for use as slaves. This agreement has lasted to this very day with surprisingly few disputes, with the Chromatic Sitzung admiring the brutality with which the Minotaur ships operated, while the Pirate Lords of the Stampede were content with having an authority that allowed them free reign.
