Serodechia becomes independant

The country of Serodechia officially becomes an independant country when Corthalian millitary bases are abandoned or repurposed for Serodechian purposes.

The New Corthalian Republic agrees todraw their forces out of Serodechia and turn over all military bases and equipment over to Serodechia. Any cities under Corthalian juristiction become Serodechian and all Corthalian trade to and from Serodechia is nnow subject to Crthalian duties and embargos.
