The Summer Court

They almost never accept someone without a fey ancestry on their court, as they reject mixing with mortals. This produces conflict with the Glooming Court, which they find repellant for mixing their lineage with mortals and creating interbreed creatures.

Oberon is technically part of this court and its regent, but he keeps a safe distance to its political intrigues, especially when he and Titania are on bad terms, which happens quite often.

The relationship between the regents is legendary, sometimes they are a strong couple of lovers, in other occasions they are mortal enemies, and a few times they have managed to be both at the same time. To make it even worse, when times of romantic turbulence arise, the fey of the court try desperately to gain favor of one of the regents by supporting it over the other, creating even more political conflict and intrigue.

This court takes place on Titania's palace, known as Senalisse, a majestic mix of branches from giant trees that was gifted by Oberon himself. The fey constantly request audiences during the year to see the Summer Queen in person, for that, they constantly bring gifts to her palace and try to win her favor.
