Blacksand PMC
-the Blacksand officer had been convicted of three counts of murder out of more than two hundred, alongside a sundry list of other crimes; having been handed a prison sentence of more than five hundred years. He was being transported from his Lower City jailcell when government forces descended upon the procession, attempting to take the man into their own custody. Early reports indicate that a firefight broke out between the two agencies, and while the casualties are currently unknown, we have to ask the question: where is Oliver Kelly?
No one is clean in the New World, hard pill as that is to swallow, and everyone takes a job from time to time that will keep them up at night, or at minimum staring at the ceiling. Blacksand, however, makes such jobs their sole perview. Assassinations, kidnappings, espionage, and theft are all on the table, amongst other more unsavory crimes. Their reputation is muddy enough that not even the megacorps would hire them, traditionally, but it seems that their skills or perhaps simply their fame has proved too alluring to fully dispose of. At least you can be sure what you hired them for will be done, for the price agreed. Though even hiring them in the first place is a black mark against someones character, for you know in equal measure that bodies will be stacked high by the time they are done.
