Smalltown Neighborhood Watch
As an early warning system against the Scarlet Crows who plague their neighborhood, Sacha has distributed whistles and established a nghiborhood watch as an early-warning mechanism.
The System was implemented by Sacha Moreau and opposed by Cedric Bain
The system proved effective and the neighborhood was ultimately able to withstand the Scarlet Crows who have since disbanded. The neighborhood watch is still active, responding to nascient threats.
