The matriarch of House Delvois and granddaughter of its original Elven founder. With the operations of the House and its subsidiaries handled by Alexi, her predecessor, no one in the house understands how to run a Great House. Ophelia, and most other members of the house, idle away the days with corporal pleasures or pet projects of little value.
