Black River Orphanage
As the only orphanage in Granmont this Black River establishment attempts to take in the child urchins of Granmont but with limited resources saving everyone is impossible.
The orphanage prioritizes children that have a chance at being placed in a family, although many children go unadopted into their teen years, at which point they are turned out onto the streets. Those deemed "unadoptable"-- the poorly mannered or handicapped--are turned away and forced to try their luck on the streets. The Black River Bombers is the found-family that these orphans tend to flock to.
