Frae is officially named in alliance with the Maharluini.
A formal alliance is established, and construction begins on a planned port town atop and around the ruins. The settlers unearthed and co-opted the ancient city’s aqueducts, roads, and catacomb access points. Frae is officially named and established as part of the capital of a growing kingdom (eventually Lum).
