Colonial settlers from a land northwest of Frae make contact with the Maharluini.

Human colonial settlers from a land northwest of Frae make contact with the Maharluini.   Tensions were low due to a shared need for trade and protection. The humans felt a strong magical presence in the land, a shadow of divinity, and made the decision to work with the Maharluini to start creating a joint outpost.   They brought stonecutting, masonry and organizational infrastructure that allowed them to rapidly expand the outpost.
