Mother Tihani is a striking elder woman with sea-washed bronze skin, silver-threaded hair bound in braids interwoven with shells and driftwood, and eyes that reflect the tide under moonlight. She wears robes made of woven palm fiber and crab silk, always damp, always scented with brine.

- Calm as a deep tide, but shifts with great emotion when injustice is near.
- Speaks in parables, often referring to currents, nets, or fish with spiritual meaning.
- She is one of the last living high-priestesses of Saraya, a bridge between the old tongue and the new fight.
