Lord Rhaegel Esterburn

Lord Rhaegel Esterburn was a human noble benefactor who lived some centuries ago in the area of Noraengate, a town he helped found. Lord Esterburn established trade routes and the mining industry in the Noraenveror Range. He is revered by humans and Heimfolk alike due to his non-discriminatory hiring practices and the fact that he was instrumental in helping Heimfolk gain a foothold and autonomy in the area. Sadly, in his later years, Lord Rhaegel (a tireless explorer) was to go mad due to several ill-fated expeditions into the Nameless Depths, the last one from which he did not return. Some of his journals detail this insane, disturbing journeys. They are closely guarded by Callenthi record keepers, who do not really want such details to get out for fear of alarming the public.
