Imperial Proctor Althidor Lusan

Initially appointed as an acting leader, Lusan stepped into the office immediately following the death of Emperor Soliestas. Prior to that, Lusan was the Emperor's most trusted advisor on many matters, but the role of administrator and leader of the realm was thrust upon him following the Emperor's death. Since then, he has attempted to instigate democratic elections, and being Callenthi himself, works closely with eminent Seers and Seereses to try and establish a new system of government, as it is his conviction that the old monarchy was not working, and did not represent the best interests of all races.
