Lord Zaltherix, the Hoarder King, is the incarnation of greed, avarice, and insatiable desire. Ruler of the Hollow Vault, a sprawling labyrinth of subterranean caverns and golden halls, Zaltherix thrives on accumulation and hoarding. Every corner of his domain is lined with treasures—glistening mountains of gold, priceless artifacts, and enchanted relics—all guarded by his fiercely loyal thralls and constructs. To Zaltherix, ownership is power, and the more he possesses, the greater his dominion. He views the act of hoarding not as a weakness but as the ultimate expression of control and influence. His greed knows no bounds, and he constantly seeks to expand his collection, offering bargains and deals that often lead to the ruin of those foolish enough to trust him. Zaltherix’s rule is absolute within the Hollow Vault. Those who serve him do so either out of the promise of wealth or the fear of losing what little they have. His territory is a suffocating monument to excess, where even the air feels heavy with avarice. The souls of those mortals that he has lended power are decorations laid across his keep.
